Who is
eligible to come to PCGHD Well Child Clinics?
- Children
without medical insurance
- Healthy Start enrollees:
Molina, Care Source, Amerigroup, and traditional Medicaid
- Children
with private insurances are not eligible for services
When should
children have well child check-ups?
- 2 weeks to 1
month of age
- 2, 4, 6, and 9 months of age
- 1 year of age
- 15
and 18 months of age
- 2 years old and yearly thereafter
When are the
PCGHD Well Child Clinic dates and times?
- 2nd and 4th
Tuesday of every month
- 8:45am - 10:15am
