Water well permits> - Any property owner intending to construct, develop, alter or seal a private water system or have such operations performed by another person, must apply for a permit from the Preble County General Health District. A fee schedule is available upon request.
Plumbing Permits> -Plumbing permits must be obtained through the Preble County General Health District prior to the start of work. Plumbing permits are issued for a fee of $50 plus $15.00 per fixture. Plumbing contractors and contractor employees must register with the county in which they provide service.
